What you will do:

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based critical care in a high-acuity environment
• Supervise and mentor residents and collaborate closely with APPs
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams to drive exceptional clinical outcomes
• Participate in academic activities aligned with your interests, including teaching and research

What you will need:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (or Critical Care Medicine as applicable)
• Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure
• A commitment to academic medicine and team-based care
• New and recent graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must live within 30 miles of the hospital
