Guthrie is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our Cortland/Ithaca Team.

- Clinic 3 days in Cortland/Ithaca, 2 days OR at Guthrie Cortland Medical Center
Candidate Requirements

- ABOS Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Ability to obtain New York medical license
- General Orthopedics or Total Joint Fellowship, preferred
Work-Life Balance
- Typical hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Starting at 3 weeks vacation
- 5 personal days per year
- 8 holidays
- Light call at a Community Hospital - No trauma.
Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
- Starting Salary: $625K
- Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription, disability, and malpractice insurance
- Guthrie retirement savings plans (403B and 457B)
- Reimbursement for primary licensure fees, DEA fees, and renewals
- $10,000 bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis; $20,000 referral bonus if you refer an Anesthesiologist
