The award-winning physicians at Lehigh Valley Heart and Vascular Institute, part of Jefferson Health, are all board-certified, many with fellowship training from nationally-recognized programs. Our heart and vascular specialists provide care for a broad spectrum of vascular disease conditions, including peripheral artery disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm, and carotid artery disease, as well as treatment for varicose and spider veins.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our new Vein Center clinic program. This is a unique opportunity to develop and manage a comprehensive Vein Center, including outpatient evaluation, managing diagnostic pathways, prescribing therapy, and assisting with clinic-based procedures.

Position Overview

In this role, the advanced practice clinician (APC) will:

• Split time between clinic and OR
• Support call by phone only
• Have the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from experienced Vascular Surgeons
• Practice in a new, highly anticipated, growing program

Qualifications

• Valid License/Certification in Pennsylvania, or the ability to obtain one.
• Experience evaluating patients in the clinic or office setting will be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Some surgical nursing experience or similar would be ideal but not obligatory.
