Location: Tipton Hospital

Shift: Part Time - This role is 32 hours/week + weekend rotation.

Requirements:

• Requires a Doctoral Degree from an accredited academic program in physical therapy or a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in physical therapy prior to 2016. If foreign trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

IU Health Tipton Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital with a robust therapy team offering a variety of specialized and generalized physical therapy interventions across the continuum of care. Our team provides inpatient and outpatient therapy services. Skillset(s) that support our specialty programs in pelvic health, vestibular rehab, and/or wound & lymphedema management are preferred but not required.
