Seeking a full-time Urologist to join an established practice in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic, SC, a physician-owned and governed, multi-specialty group affiliated with SSM Health through a professional service agreement.
The Opportunity:
- Join an established and growing team: 3 physicians and 2 APPs

Compensation Details:
The Fond du Lac Regional Clinic offers competitive compensation along with comprehensive benefits to include:
- $684,197 guaranteed salary to start with eligibility for a production-based salary opportunity to earn $821,000
- Shareholder opportunity within 12 months of employment
- Additional incentive compensation for quality, service and leadership goal
