Business Intelligence Analyst I
SUMMARY: Hybrid role, requiring days during the week in the office. The role of the Business Intelligence Analyst is to provide key analytical support to operational leaders to ensure attainment of hospital goals and objectives and to foster an environment of financial accountability. This role has a Cost Accounting focus where they will analyze clinical data and operational expenses to calculate the cost of delivering medical services and patient care via various allocation methodologies including but not limited to: step-down, reclasses, RVU-based, RCC, and direct-to-encounter. They are required to process vast amounts of information related to the needs of the hospital.
