DescriptionSummary:All pharmacists fill orders for drugs, monitor patient drug therapies and provide drug information. Operational Duties and Responsibilities Prepares and dispenses drug orders per physician request according to established policies, procedures, and protocols.Interprets drug orders (verbal and written) and transcribes/verifies into computerized patient medication record accurately. Maintains, accurate, complete patient drug record.Compounds and dis
